Where I'm at
I’m a UX Designer with an extensive background in marketing and content design. I use thorough research and analysis to create solutions that customers need.
Where I've been
I studied Multimedia Technology & Applications (with Music & Media Management) at university, combining my appetite for digital design with my interest in business and love for music. My studies led me into marketing and promoting live music. Nearly five thrilling years later, I moved on to pursue my passion for international exploration and transitioned to travel marketing (via a sales route). It was here I honed my writing and design skills, going on to develop experience within large-project management and team leading and mentoring.
When it clicked
As my responsibilities grew within my marketing career, I became increasingly fascinated by human-centred design. I implemented established HCD methods into my content work, and yielded huge success, further inspiring my passion for all things UX. It all fell into place in 2022 when I decided to take my expertise to the next level by completing a full-time UX Design certification. This led me to my first UX research and design contract.
Where I'm heading
I am obsessed with solving real-world problems, and intrigued by human behaviour and development. My long-term goal is to make a positive contribution to people’s lives through my work, while collaborating with a team that champions inclusive design.
